Thank you for making our wedding day everything we had hoped it would be. We were so pleased with all of the help and support we received. The entire sales team, bar and wait staff were professional and courteous to us and our guests. Many of our guests commented on the excellent service they received during the reception. Eric and I are very organized, detail-oriented people so it was refreshing to work with people that were always a step ahead of us and focused on the little details as much as we did. And then of course we had Stephanie. I don’t think we could have made it through the day without her! She was amazing! If we had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing! From the room set-up to the excellent meals, all the way to check out from the hotel, it is evident you have pride in your service. My daughter was married on December 26th. 2009 and we held the reception in your hotel in the Terrace Room that evening. May I just say your staff went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and relaxed. As the parents of the bride we were responsible for making all of the arrangements for the reception from the beginning to the end. Joe, your Sales Manager and Katie in your Sales Office were wonderful! From the first meeting they were taking notes, making suggestions, giving us great ideas and this lasted through the evening of the reception as Joe was there to check in any number of times. The room was magnificent. Joe and Katie worked with the florist, the cake designer and even the DJ to make sure everything went well. And I must say it was a magical night and that's in no small part to your staff. Two other people I must mention. First, Corrie I believe is how you spell her name was our personal maitre' d that night and what a wonderful job she did. She literally attended to every need and request I made and I hope we didn't drive her crazy but everything we wanted she had there in an instant and even helped me load wedding presents after the event. Finally our personal waitress, Debbie Parthemore was also very polite, gracious and really an asset all night. Mother of the Bride
