Natasha and Mike Kozup After Mike and I got engaged, we knew we were looking for a venue that was elegant, yet affordable. We called many reception locations in central Pennsylvania. After the phone calls, we decided to visit the venue that sounded most like what we were looking for. This just happened to be the Holiday Inn West. After meeting with our wedding specialist, viewing pictures from previous weddings, visiting the ballrooms, and hearing everything that was included in the wedding package, Mike and I agreed that there wasn’t any reason to visit another venue. Without hesitation, we called the next day to book our reception. The wedding specialists were professional, courteous, and supportive. They provided an easy to follow detailed guide of deadlines for meetings and payments. Every time we met with her she made us feel at home, while offering helpful advice about recommended vendors, and making sure all our questions were answered. She arranged a menu tasting and even customized the menu package to meet our satisfaction. Our maitre d’ was there to make sure we were satisfied from the moment we stepped out of the limousine to the moment we were showed our complimentary suite for the evening. The Holiday Inn West eliminated all the stress of setting things up for our wedding the night before. When we walked into the reception, we were in awe at how elegant the room looked. Everything about our wedding reception was perfect. Our guests continue to compliment how beautiful our wedding reception was. And that can be attributed to the dedication and commitment of the wedding team at the Holiday Inn West. We couldn’t imagine having our wedding reception at another location!
